“The Spirit is Willing but the Flesh is weak”
Life is full of demands, ups and downs, desires and fears, so it can be easy to lose yourself.
But be alert, stand guard and protect your spirit now more than ever. Be willing to take the road less paved or sometimes undesirable, it can make a vast difference in what is yet to come.
This may sound like riddles but in it is truth come to know God and follow Him for yourself.
When I read this I get afraid. Fear that I missed that call. As I get older I am learning it could be just one moment to choose what you know is right whether it is the ‘chosen’ thing to do or not (did you catch that).
The greatest thing is God gives us many opportunities, even when we feel ill equipped or think ‘why me?’.. Trust Him, He adds to you, He knew you were the perfect person for what He called you to do.
Just a friendly reminder, it may seem inconvenient or be unpopular but whatever it is don’t miss the call to be chosen.

There is still work to do, but we are blessed to experience what he saw.
After the hustle and bustle of last year. I pray we all experience an ease & flow in this next.
May we work smarter than harder.
. breathe in moments of uncertainty.. follow even as a leader.. listen before speaking.. give the benefit instead of doubt..take a walk/break soon as we think 5 more minutes.. don’t take it personal.. move nice & steady when we know we should slow down … Trust in God each new day..
Let’s be kind to ourselves. Run the race of life with ease. Remember we are more than enough. Have much to offer those who desire it. Flow into God’s grace.

That’s thankfulness in advance, during and after.
It works in a number of ways but continuously is the better way.
Consistent conversation with God and thankfulness- it will change your life.
Trust His way.
Kindness is becoming rare these days so be a beacon of light every time that you can.
Someone may be smiling but secretly crying.
Someone may look polished and like they have no cares but inwardly are downtrodden.
Someone is suffering in silence.
To those that give and give and feel like you are taken for granted, know that there is a difference between being kind and being nice; honor and wisdom are tied to kindness- be that & do that. Kindness will not cause your heart to be hardened because it’s from within, and if you still fight with yourself with this maybe it’s time to examine your heart and reason for your efforts.
God forgive me for any opportunities I missed to be kind.
Kindness is a fruit of the spirit- Galatians 5: 22-23

Happy Sunday! When Holy Spirit speaks, I listen. I heard this word clearly this morning.
God is the One that we owe an explanation to when we don’t listen to instruction (not man) & you will know it is from Him because the lesson will keep coming up.
The reason the lesson will keep coming up? Is for the pureness of our heart for us to be able to go before Him.
1Corinthians 13: 4-5
4 “Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud” 5 “or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged.”
